Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a good start. :-)
It's time to do a little catching up...
I submitted the second book in my Italian duet, Stefano and Jules's story, a few weeks ago. I received some light revisions and submitted those last week. And the best part, I heard back a few days later that it was officially accepted. Woohoo! That feeling of excitement never fades away.
I also learned the title for the first book in the duet, Dante and Lizzie's story, THE PLAYBOY OF ROME. :-)
Expect both of these books to be released back-to-back in the Spring of 2015. I'll let you know as soon as they are on the scheduler.
So what am I doing now that I'm not pushing a deadline. Well I submitted proposals for upcoming books and I'm waiting to hear back on those. Fingers crossed. I'm really excited about those ideas. I'll keep you informed as I learn more.
And now that I'm taking some downtime to enjoy the last days of summer and do some things I don't have time to do when I'm rushing to meet deadlines. So I've spent a bit of time in the kitchen cooking and baking. I've also been doing some needlework.
This is the beginning of what is going to be a pillow. I know it doesn't look like much now, but I promise it will. I'll post a picture of the finished product...eventually. :-)
