As the end of the year rolls around, I'm already looking forward to the new year. I don't normally make new year's resolutions but this year may be the exception.
It's been a gradual process over the last couple of years where piece by piece I've taken on more and more non-writing endeavors. Though they all relate back to my writing, they aren't actual writing. And now somehow I've found that I have forgotten to leave time for a personal life. *sigh*
So my task between now and the new year is to figure out how to whittle down on the non-writing tasks, leaving me some peace of mind and a chance to do the other things in life I enjoy...and the alleviated pressure of always feeling like I'm falling behind.
If you have any suggestions on how to gain some balance, I'm all ears.
I know this is not going to be easy as I'll have to give up things that I enjoy. :-( But something has got to give.
