Hi. I know it has been eons since I put up a Wednesday Weigh-in post. I wish I had a really good excuse, but I don't. I let life get in the way and distract me. :-(
But this summer I got something totally cool and I hope it'll help get me back on track...
It's a Nordic-track elliptical and I LOVE it. :-)
The weather in this neck of the woods changes to much for me from soaring heat and humidity to icy cold. So this way I don't have any excuses. ;-)
This morning I went walking/jogging in Central Park. How cool is that? It has a bunch of programs that I have yet to explore, but trust me I will.
I hope this is the first of many Weigh-in Wednesday updates. Fingers crossed. And I have a bunch of recipes to share with you on Recipe Roundup. So keep an eye out for those.
